Change Your Email Address
The email address you use to join or create a Market webstore is where we’ll send password reset emails and other important messages, so you’ll want to keep it up to date. Keep reading to learn how to change your email address at any time.
📘 Note: Your email address may be visible in your profile depending on your account settings. If it is, other staff can search for you with that email address.
Steps to Update Your Email Address
- Mobile
- Go to anamo.app — If you’re not logged in to Market, use your current email address to log in

Tap , then tap Account

By Email Address, tap
- Enter new email address and your current password. Double-check that you’ve spelled the email address correctly
- Tap Verify. A field will appear for a six-digit confirmation code
- We’ll send the code to your new email address. Keep the Market window open and go check the inbox of your new email address for a message from Anamo with the subject Confirm your_new_email_address on Market
- Open the email and locate and memorize the code
- Return to the Market window and enter the code in the text field
- To finish, tap Save
- Desktop
- Go to anamo.app — If you’re not logged in to Market, use your current email address to log in

📘 Note: Next time you log in to Market, just use the new email address along with your current password.
If the new email address was incorrect, you can change it again by repeating the steps above.
If you, for any reason, did not complete all the steps above, your current email address will remain unchanged.
Missing Confirmation Emails
We’ll send you a confirmation email shortly after you update your email address. If you didn’t receive the email, try the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder, and any filters in your inbox.
