Skroutz for Market
Use Skroutz and Market together to manage your sales pipeline or inventory more efficiently. The Skroutz sales channel for Market is available for all Market plans and supports Skroutz Redirection and Skroutz Marketplace.
How it works
There are two ways to sell on Skroutz. Each one is based on XML files that are synced to Skroutz for inventory and catalog updates.
Skroutz Redirection
- Orders are placed on your Market webstore
- Products are automatically synced with your Market webstore
- Fulfillment is done inside Market
Skroutz Marketplace
What to expect
- You’ll need a Skroutz Merchants profile and an active Market subscription — Skroutz is available on all Market plans.
- You can create one Skroutz sales channel for each Checkout Zone in your webstore — each channel can have different product titles, prices, descriptions and category names.
- Every time you update a product, Market will trigger an update to Skroutz. The actual moment the products in Skroutz will get updated depends on the frequency of the sync.
- If there are overlapping collections, Market will include only one instance of the product.
Add the Skroutz sales channel to Market
In order to submit your Market products to be approved by Skroutz, you’ll need to create a Skroutz sales channel.
Create a new Skroutz sales channel
- Mobile
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Edit appearance
- Under CHECKOUT ZONES, tap the Checkout Zone you’d like Skroutz to access
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ tap Set up
- To finish, tap Set up now
- Desktop
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, click the webstore you’d like to update
- Click Edit appearance
- Under WEBSTORES, click the Checkout Zone you’d like Skroutz to access
- Scroll to the bottom and click Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ click Set up
- To finish, click Set up now
👍 Tip: After you’ve created a Skroutz sales channel, Market will additionally create a new
SKROUTZ
collection in case you need to choose what products to send to Skroutz.
Choose what to sync
By default your entire catalog will be added to the Skroutz sales channel. If you want, you can choose to tailor what products you send.
Sync your entire catalog
- Mobile
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Edit appearance
- Under CHECKOUT ZONES, tap the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ tap Edit
- By Products to sync, by COLLECTIONS tap ADD
- Search for and select the collection
⭐ All products in [webstore name]
- Desktop
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, click the webstore you’d like to update
- Click Edit appearance
- Under WEBSTORES, click the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and click Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ click Edit
- By Products to sync, by COLLECTIONS click ADD
- Search for and select the collection

👍 Tip: If you have more than one collection, you can remove them since the collection

Sync specific collections
If you want to send only specific products to Skroutz, follow the steps below:
- Mobile
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Edit appearance
- Under CHECKOUT ZONES, tap the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ tap Edit

By Products to sync, look for a collection named
⭐ All products in [webstore name]
. If there is one, tap to remove it - By COLLECTIONS, tap ADD
- Search for and select the
SKROUTZ
collection.

- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ click Edit

By Products to sync, look for a collection named

. If there is one, click to remove it - By COLLECTIONS, click ADD
- Search for and select the
SKROUTZ
collection.
📘 Note: You can have more than one collection syncing to Skroutz. If a product is present in more than one collection, only one instance will be synced.
Connect your webstore
After the Skroutz sales channel has been added to Market, you can connect your webstore by following the steps below.
Get your XML URL from Market
- Mobile
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Edit appearance
- Under CHECKOUT ZONES, tap the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ tap Edit
- By Channel Status, under XML URL copy the URL to your clipboard
- Desktop
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, click the webstore you’d like to update
- Click Edit appearance
- Under WEBSTORES, click the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and click Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ click Edit
- By Channel Status, under XML URL copy the URL to your clipboard
Add your webstore in Skroutz Merchants
- From your desktop, visit merchants.skroutz.gr
- Click Υποστήριξη
- Click Νέο ticket
- Under Προϊόντα, click Αρχείο XML
- Paste the XML URL from Market in the message field
- Click Αποστολή
- Wait for approval — the process can take several days. If you are approved, you will receive a notification from Skroutz.
Use Skroutz in Market
Once the Skroutz sales channel has been added to Market and you’ve connected your webstore, you can start sending your products.
Add a product to Skroutz
If you have selected to sync a specific collection rather than your entire catalog, follow these steps to add a product to the Skroutz sales channel:
- Mobile
- Open the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Products
- Filter the products on the list by inventory or categories — You can also search for products by name, SKU, MPN or manufacturer
- Tap the product you wish to add to Skroutz
- Under COLLECTIONS, tap Add collections
- Search for and select the
SKROUTZ
collection - Tap Done
- Desktop
- Open the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, click the webstore you’d like to update
- Click Products
- Filter the products on the list by inventory or categories — You can also search for products by name, SKU, MPN or manufacturer
- Click the product you wish to add to Skroutz
- Under COLLECTIONS, click Add collections
- Search for and select the
SKROUTZ
collection - Click Done
Remove a product from Skroutz
If you have selected to sync a specific collection rather than your entire catalog, follow these steps to remove a product from the Skroutz sales channel:
- Mobile

- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Products
- Filter the products on the list by inventory or categories — You can also search for products by name, SKU, MPN or manufacturer
- Tap the product you wish to remove from Skroutz

Modify the URL of the products sent to Skroutz
If your webstore uses multiple suffixes, you can customize your product links to match a specific suffix by following the steps below:
- Mobile
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Edit appearance
- Under CHECKOUT ZONES, tap the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ tap Edit

By URL Suffix, tap
- Enter the new suffix. Double-check that you’ve entered the suffix correctly
- Tap Save
- Desktop
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, click the webstore you’d like to update
- Click Edit appearance
- Under WEBSTORES, click the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ click Edit

Add the Skroutz Analytics service to your webstore
If your webstore uses the Skroutz Redirection service, you will have to enable Skroutz Analytics in your webstore by following the steps below:
- Mobile
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Edit appearance
- Under CHECKOUT ZONES, tap the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ tap Edit

By Shop Account ID, tap and enter your ID from Skroutz
- Tap Save
- Desktop
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, click the webstore you’d like to update
- Click Edit appearance
- Under WEBSTORES, click the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and click Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ click Edit

By Shop Account ID, click and enter your ID from Skroutz
- Tap Save
Disable Skroutz
If you’d like you can temporarily disable Skroutz by following these steps:
- Mobile
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Edit appearance
- Under CHECKOUT ZONES, tap the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ tap Edit
- By Channel Status, toggle Enable Skroutz sales channel off
- Desktop
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, click the webstore you’d like to update
- Click Edit appearance
- Under WEBSTORES, click the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and click Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ click Edit
- By Channel Status, toggle Enable Skroutz sales channel off
Remove Skroutz from Market
- Mobile
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Edit appearance
- Under CHECKOUT ZONES, tap the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ tap Edit
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete sales channel
- Tap Delete to confirm
- Desktop
- Open the administration screen of the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, click the webstore you’d like to update
- Click Edit appearance
- Under WEBSTORES, click the Checkout Zone you’ve granted access to Skroutz
- Scroll to the bottom and click Show more settings…
- Scroll down to Sales Channels, by SKROUTZ click Edit
- Scroll to the bottom and click Delete sales channel
- Click Delete to confirm
