Remove products from a category
Market organizes products into dedicated spaces called “categories.“ When a product no longer needs to be a part of a category, it can be removed.
What to expect
- Any product can be removed from a category by those with permission.
- Removing a product from a category does not delete the product; the product is retained and searchable.
- When you remove a product from a category, Market will retain the product and it will still be searchable.

- Mobile
- Open the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, tap the webstore you’d like to update
- Tap Products
- Filter the products on the list by inventory or categories — You can also search for products by name, SKU, MPN or manufacturer
- Tap the product you wish to remove from a category

Under CATEGORIES, find the category you’d like to remove and tap
- Tap Done
- Desktop
- Open the webstore you’d like to updateGo to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)
- Under SHORTCUTS, click the webstore you’d like to add categories to
- Click Products
- Filter the products on the list by inventory or categories — You can also search for products by name, SKU, MPN or manufacturer
- Click the product you wish to remove from a category

Under CATEGORIES, find the category you’d like to remove and click
- Click Done
👍 Tip: If products are still visible in your webstore, you have to remove them from all categories for them to completely disappear.
