Check your email settings
Step 1: Make sure your email address is up to date

Mobile - Go to anamo.app (log in if you’re not already logged in to Market)

Tap , then tap Account
- 
By Email Address, check that your email address is correct. If you need to update it, tap

Step 2: Allow emails from Market
You may want to check that emails from desk@anamo.support and noreply@anamo.email aren’t being blocked. Additionally, consider adding these addresses to your contacts or safe-sender list.
Step 3: Check spam and other email filters
Check your spam or junk folder — as well as any inbox filters — in case emails from Market are being sent there by mistake.
